At Matt's Warehouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all eligible items. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, simply follow our streamlined process to secure a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
